People will have different priorities when it comes to a new career. It can depend on things such as where you currently are in your career and what your future plans are. As some one who is still young and starting his current career, “room for growth” was a major priority for me. But since I have a good number of years before I really worry about retiring, I decided to place that a little lower on my priority list. If you have dependents, then these benefits may prove to be even more important to you as having a family plan can help dearly on keeping health costs down for you and your family.
