Having USC loyalty ultimately helps, here's how it helped me.

The Power of being a Trojan!

A lot of people have heard the rumor that the Trojan Family has a network after graduation. I am hear to tell you that it DOES exist. What you may experience at a typical tailgate party at a home football game also extends into the business world (in a more professional way).

Having USC in common with your interviewer is a great ice breaker, not to mention a side conversation about football games can make the interview more personable and casual.

I am currently surrounded by fellow Trojans in my office. My boss and his boss are both Trojan graduates. The subject of USC football and the last national Championship was about half of the conversation with one of my interviewers.

A business network is not the only benefit of being part of the Trojan Family. You will always find Trojans all over the place. It's always great how welcoming and engaging other USC alumn are. So never put down the victory sign.. you never know who you will bump into.

FIGHT ON!!
